About Jennifer

As a native Oregonian from the Columbia River Gorge, I’ve always been inspired by the land and natural beauty around us. I studied art and interior design at the Art Institute of Seattle, and my experience buying and managing investment properties taught me to see a home’s true potential. Years as a project manager for Portland-based remodeling projects gave me hands-on experience transforming homes—skills I now bring directly to my clients.

I help calm, hands-on buyers, sellers, downsizers, first-time home buyers, and relocating clients in the Portland Metro area, as well as Wasco, Sherman, Hood River, Skamania, and Klickitat counties, navigate every step of the real estate process. I specialize in rural properties, waterfront properties, horse properties, multifamily homes, investment properties—including fix-and-flip opportunities—and buyers using military or VA loans. I guide sellers through preparing their homes, coordinating subcontractors and repairs, and managing pre-listing work, and help buyers identify the right properties, coordinate inspections, financing, and move-in logistics.
