It may not feel like Spring to you, but the flowers in Portland are already out and about. You may have noticed daffodils, tulips and other bulbs popping out around you providing a welcome burst of color amid the gray and green of a Pacific Northwest spring. It’s a great time to get out to local flower festivals to celebrate the return of the sun.
